Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your account and your data directly in the app — no email or support request needed.

How to Delete Your Account

Open Conflux (iOS, Android, or confluxai.app on the web) and sign in

Open the menu and go to Account

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately — this is permanent and cannot be undone

What Data Is Deleted

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account information and email address
All chat history and saved conversations
Uploaded images and files
AI-generated images stored on your behalf
Scheduled briefings and reminders
Memory and personalization data
Semantic search embeddings and conversation summaries
Content reports you've submitted
API usage logs
Push notification tokens
All user preferences and settings

Retention timeline: In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Residual copies in encrypted system backups are purged automatically within 30 days.

What is retained: billing audit records — the subscription events our billing provider (RevenueCat) sent us and the history of your plan changes — are kept for financial record-keeping with your account identifier removed, so they can no longer be linked to you. Error reports already sent to our crash-reporting service (Sentry) age out on its retention schedule.
