Frequently Asked Questions

How do I switch AI models or modes?

Tap the mode selector in the top-right corner of the chat screen. From there you can choose a smart mode (Auto, Turbo, Compare, Research, Consensus, Conflux), pick a specific model directly, or create your own custom mode with the models and instructions you prefer.

How do I delete my account and data?

Send an email to support@confluxai.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Conflux account. We will process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is deleted.

How do I report a bug?

Email us with a short description of what happened, the device and app version you're using, and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots help a lot. To report a specific AI response or generated image, you can also use the in-app flag icon on any message.

How do I request a feature?

We'd love to hear it — email support@confluxai.app with "Feature Request" in the subject line and tell us what you'd like Conflux to do.

I have a question about subscriptions or billing.

In-app subscriptions are not yet available — current accounts have access to Conflux's features without a paid plan. For any billing or account questions in the meantime, contact us by email and we'll help directly.
