Conflux ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by TMediaDevelopment. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Conflux mobile application and web application at confluxai.app (collectively, the "Service").

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.

Chat Data: Messages you send and receive through the Service, including text, images, and files you upload. Chat data is stored on our servers (hosted via Supabase) to enable features like chat history, synchronization across devices, and scheduled briefings.

Device Information: With your permission, we may access your device's location (for location-aware responses), camera and photo library (for image analysis), microphone (for voice input), contacts (for reminder linking), and calendar (for scheduling).

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service, including feature usage patterns and error reports.

3. Third-Party AI Providers

Conflux sends your messages to third-party AI services to generate responses. These providers include but are not limited to:

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not control how these providers process your data once transmitted.

Image Generation and Editing: When you use image generation features, your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers including GPT Image (OpenAI), Grok Imagine (xAI), and Imagen 4 (Google). Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage on your behalf. If you use image editing features, your submitted images may be sent to these providers for processing.

Semantic Memory (RAG): To improve contextual relevance, your messages may be processed into vector embeddings for semantic search and retrieval. These embeddings are stored alongside your chat data in our database.

Content Reporting: When you report AI-generated content, we store the report details including your selected reason, optional description, and a preview of the reported content. Reports are associated with your account to enable follow-up.

API Usage Tracking: We log per-user API usage data including token counts, provider, and mode for service management and capacity planning. No financial or billing information is collected through this tracking.

Important: Do not share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or other confidential data in your conversations. Messages are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing.

4. Content Moderation

To ensure platform safety and compliance with applicable laws, we may use automated moderation tools to screen uploaded content (including images and text) for prohibited material. This screening may involve third-party moderation services. Content that violates our Terms of Service may be blocked, and associated accounts may be suspended or terminated.

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure authentication. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We retain your chat data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete individual chats at any time within the app. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days, and backups are purged within 90 days.

Conflux is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
